Dublin - Cathedrals and Churches

Dublin's Cathedrals St Patrick's and Christchurch both date from 11th century and both are historic and well worth visiting, there are guided tours, both are Church of Ireland cathedrals. The Catholic cathedral dates from 1825 and is just off O'Connell Street. Dublin also many interesting churches to visit, St Michan's with its burial vaults and mummies, St Audoen's church has a history back o 7th century, Whitefriar church with relics and remains of St Valentine, and St Theresa's Catholic church, just off Grafton St
